Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at support@disaster-atlas.com with the email address used at checkout.
Once refunded, the ad-free unlock is removed from your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card provider.
