Braden Charles operates DisasterAtlas and is the data controller for personal data processed through it. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
Card and payment details are collected directly by Paddle, not by us.
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
Account and purchase data are kept while your account exists and as long as needed for tax and legal records. Technical logs are kept for a limited period. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR/UK GDPR and U.S. state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Email support@disaster-atlas.com; we respond within one month.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level access restrictions on account data.
We use essential storage to keep you signed in and remember your ad-free status. Advertising partners may set marketing cookies when ads are shown. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential storage may break sign-in.
